Q: How long have you been a Christian?
A: 4 years
Q: Are you a virgin?
A: Yes
Q: Define purity or what it means to you.
A: Purity is keeping your mind as well as your body away from sexual things, such as lusting, porn,…..anything physical( kissing maybe).
Q: How important is purity in the opposite sex?
A: It is important, but if she has screwed up, as long as she continues to strive for purity is what counts. Its jut as important for guys as it is for girls.
Q: Is purity a priority in your life?
A: Yeah, it is. It’s harder for a guy to focus on purity because guys definitely focus on sex more as a society, which means it should be a bigger priority even though it’s a bigger struggle. I have to focus on it more than I would some other area of sin.
Q: How does our society view purity?
A: Our society views purity as abstinence, which means you could have oral sex and still be saving your self. They view sex as the only thing that’s impure. They portray women as something to be consumed.
Society says: Women control Men with your sexuality, and Men objectify Women for their sexuality.
Q: Why do you think God has called us to be pure?
A: God wants u to be pure because intimacy isn’t just physical, its spiritual. Sex is a covenant, so you are spiritually tied with the person you do sexual things with. God doesn’t want us to be sexually tied with many people, just your spouse and God.
